Albino Siberian sturgeon caviar is exceptionally rare: only one sturgeon out of ten thousand is born with this unique natural coloration. Such genetic lines are carefully preserved in specialized farms, which is why each batch is released in strictly limited quantities. Its delicate golden hue and large, perfectly uniform pearls resemble precious mother-of-pearl. The flavor is soft and refined, with creamy and nutty notes, subtle sweetness, and a long, elegant finish — pure sophistication without marine sharpness. Best served at 0–2 °C. Perfect enjoyed on its own or paired with champagne, tartare, or delicate crepes.
