To preserve its taste and quality, store at -2°C to -4°C. These conditions aren't available in a regular fridge — so use the top shelf or a bucket with crushed ice (replace as needed).
Our caviar is produced using methods that preserve fish populations. Spawning happens only every few years, and the sturgeon are fed natural, additive-free food. The caviar is never frozen, ensuring premium quality and exquisite flavor.
