As per general standards, the return and exchange of perishable products, including caviar and seafood delicacies, is only possible in the case of manufacturing defects, order discrepancies, damaged packaging, or violation of delivery conditions.
If upon receiving the product you notice a broken vacuum seal, compromised packaging integrity, or that you received the wrong item — please immediately contact us and attach photo/video evidence.
In this case, we will replace the product or refund your payment as quickly as possible.
Please note: if your plans or taste preferences simply change, returns for personal reasons are not accepted, as caviar is a live product with strict storage requirements.
