Delivery Terms
When sending caviar to other cities, we carefully and securely pack the product using refrigerants to preserve freshness and taste. Important!
If you plan to take black caviar outside of Kazakhstan, inform the manager in advance so they can prepare the necessary documents and send them along with the caviar.
Each jar of sturgeon caviar has a personal excise label and a permit for customs clearance. On average, depending on the region and delivery method, the cost of shipping one jar of caviar ranges from 2,000 to 6,000 KZT. The exact amount will be provided by the manager after order placement and shipping method selection.

Return Conditions
As per general standards, the return and exchange of perishable products, including caviar and seafood delicacies, is only possible in the case of manufacturing defects, order discrepancies, damaged packaging, or violation of delivery conditions. If upon receiving the product you notice a broken vacuum seal, compromised packaging integrity, or that you received the wrong item — please immediately contact us and attach photo/video evidence. In this case, we will replace the product or refund your payment as quickly as possible. Please note: if your plans or taste preferences simply change, returns for personal reasons are not accepted, as caviar is a live product with strict storage requirements. In exceptional situations, we always try to accommodate and handle each case individually. Your comfort and trust are very important to us!
